Billing questions

Before you ask the accounts office

Q1What counts as one answer script?

One candidate's answer booklet for one paper, including any supplementary sheets. A revaluation of the same script is not billed again.

Q2What is included in the free exam?

One exam of up to 500 scripts with all modules switched on, so your examiners can try on-screen marking with real booklets before you decide.

Q3Are scanners included?

Software for scanning is included. You can use your own document scanners, or we arrange an approved scanning partner, billed per page.

Q4How are we billed?

Annually in advance for your committed script volume. Scripts above the commitment are billed at the same rate after each exam session.

Q5Do prices include taxes?

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Institutions in India are invoiced in INR at the prevailing rate with GST.
